K2 Recruitment was established in 2004 by Phil and Mark Kerry and has successfully provided executive and specialist recruitment services to clients across a range of industry categories and sectors. Together with a team of highly motivated consultants and associates, we have a long-term commitment to the success of their clients.


Headquartered in Sydney, K2 works with government, commercial and not for profit clients recruiting and sourcing candidates across Australia, New Zealand, Asia UK and the USA.
