Michael Light’s career has been in Sales, Sales Management, General Management, Executive Recruitment and Sales Performance Consulting. He has held Sales Leadership roles at Dunlop-Slazenger, Hanimex, Elite Consulting Group, Taubmans, Dunhill Management Services, Mercuri International, Robert Walters and Miller Heiman.

In 2008 Michael established his own sales performance consultancy and sales training organisation and led a team that worked extensively in Australia, New Zealand, South-East Asia, Greater China and India. Michael has established strong business relationships with his many clients across a broad range of industries and professions as a trusted advisor and facilitator in sales process and skills.

Michael’s executive recruitment experience dates back to 1988 at Elite Consulting Group, where he specialised in sales and marketing roles. He has known and worked with Phil and Mark Kerry of K2 over the past 20 years.
